Project Manager/Business Analyst – Solutions

Core Responsibilities
Project Leadership (50%)
- Drive end-to-end implementation of AI-powered analytics solutions
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects ($500K-2M range)
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Lead agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Client Partnership (30%)
- Build and maintain executive relationships
- Drive solution adoption and value realization
- Lead client workshops and training sessions
- Manage scope and change requests
Innovation & Strategy (20%)
- Contribute to product roadmap
- Identify reusable solution components
- Drive best practice development
- Mentor team members
Required Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years of client-facing role
- Experience with enterprise software implementations
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity of implementing modern BI/Analytics platforms (such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Project management tools (JIRA, MS Project)
- Basic SQL and data concepts
- Understanding of APIs and integrations
Professional Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management
- Executive presentation abilities
- Problem-solving mindset
- Agile methodology expertise
Preferred Qualifications:
- Life sciences/pharmaceutical industry experience
- Experience with any of:
- Commercial Analytics (Sales, Marketing)
- Market Access Data
- Claims/RWE Analysis
- Clinical Trial Data
- PMP or similar certification
- Healthcare analytics platform experience
