BI Solutions Manager

We are looking for a passionate and solution-oriented BI Solutions Manager to be responsible for multiple client accounts and who can:
- Conduct grooming/requirements sessions with clients to identify gaps in the current state processes and define future state solutions
- Apply data management and analytics best practices to design solutions that will generate business insights
- Display expertise in data modeling and BI design principles to deliver effective client solutions
- Build test plans, and test case scenarios, and work with QA leads to deliver quality outcomes
- Create user manuals and training documentation to drive training sessions for end users
- Use change management techniques to ensure product adoption
- Apply project management best practices by creating project scope documents and project plans, tracking and reporting project status, managing risks logs, and defining mitigation strategies
- Coach the cross-functional project team on the business priorities to inform project decisions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in life sciences
- Experience in data management and analytics project implementation (with business/domain focus)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to influence others
- Experience in managing clients and project teams on technology and data management strategy
- Experience leading the delivery of one or multiple projects
- Experience working with front-end user reporting, back-end database management and ETL interfacing, and pharmaceutical domain knowledge
- Ability to distill complex concepts into easy-to-understand frameworks and presentations
- Knowledge of current data modeling and data warehouse concepts, issues, practices, methodologies, and trends in the business intelligence (BI) domain
